Job Summary  

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products. 

• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.  

• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel. 

• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course 

• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills) 

• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required 

• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
