POSITION TITLE : TECH - SAVVY OFFICE ASSISTANT (Project Coordinator)

Work Setup & Compensation

Location: Onsite, office- based

Schedule : Full time, Night Shift (Monday -Friday)

Compensation: Up to 30K per month (depending on experience and skills)

Overview

Linkage Web Solutions is hiring a Tech- Savvy Office Assistant for our night shift operations team. This is a career track role designed for someone ready to grow into Project Coordination and Digital Operations. If you have experience in BPO, front-end development, or administrative support and thrive in organized, fast paced environments, this is your entry point into digital project management.

You will begin by supporting project workflows, documentation and client coordination while learning QA testing, web operations and project management systems. Over time you’ll develop the technical and communication skills needed to independently manage website and marketing projects.

What You Will Do

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support for the project management team
  • Maintain digital records, project trackers and organized documentation in Google Workspace and Monday.com
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients through Discord, Zoom and email
  • Conduct website quality assurance testing for functionality, layout and responsiveness
  • Prepare project reports, meeting notes and follow -ups to keep timelines on track
  • Support light technical tasks, uploading files, updating dashboards and reviewing deliverables.
  • Identify process improvements using tools and automations to boost team productivit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred: IT, Communications, Business or related),
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and growth potential are welcome
  • At least 1 year in BPO, coordination or client facing roles or front-end/ web background
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Monday.com, project trackers)
  • Organized, detail oriented and consistent task follow- through
  • Fast learner with genuine interest in web development and digital project coordination.
  • Reliable, punctual and capable of independent work during the night shift.

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, Wordpress)
  • Familiarity with QA processes, and website testing tools
  • Exposure to digital marketing, customer service or web operations

Compensation & Growth

  • Monthly salary (22k-24k) depending on experience and technical ability
  • Structured training and mentorship during initial weeks
  • Performance review after 6 months with potential advancement to Assistant Project Coordinator
  • Salary progression for strong performers (26k-30k) based on skills, consistency and project readiness
