Job Summary
Our Client looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and proactive offshore team member to support senior business development activity primarily through LinkedIn. Additionally, this support is needed for email and CRM administration.
The primary purpose of the role is to manage LinkedIn outreach on behalf of the CEO and potentially other senior members of the business. This will include identifying relevant prospects, sending carefully worded introductory messages, sharing appropriate case studies, coordinating replies, and ensuring all activity is properly tracked in the CRM.
This is not a basic admin-only role. Instead, the successful candidate will need strong judgement and excellent written English. Professionalism and the ability to represent senior business leaders thoughtfully and credibly are also required.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outreach and Account Support
Manage day-to-day LinkedIn activity on behalf of the CEO and potentially other senior team members.
Send pre-approved introductory messages to prospective customers and existing connections. Additionally, share live project examples, case studies and sector-specific introductions to existing connections.
Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify relevant prospects, decision-makers, existing connections and target accounts.
Take initiative where appropriate to tailor outreach messages to the individual, company, sector or project context.
Monitor and coordinate LinkedIn replies, ensuring important responses are flagged quickly.
Maintain a professional tone at all times. This is important as messages are being sent on behalf of senior leaders.
Provide regular summaries of LinkedIn activity, key replies, opportunities, follow-ups required,d and any suggested next actions.
Sales Outreach and Email Support
Draft or send sales-related emails on behalf of the CEO or senior sales team where required.
Prepare follow-up emails based on LinkedIn conversations, introductions, case studies or sales opportunities.
Support the coordination of replies and ensure important customer responses are escalated appropriately.
Maintain clear records of communication history and next steps.
Use judgement when deciding whether to respond directly, draft for approval, or escalate to a senior person.
CRM Data Entry and Management
Enter new contacts, companies, opportunities and interaction notes into Dynamics CRM.
Update existing contact and company records with accurate, current information.
Log LinkedIn messages, email activity, follow-ups and relevant sales notes.
Support the sales team with keeping CRM records clean, accurate and useful.
Carry out data cleansing activities, including removing duplicates, correcting incorrect details and updating outdated records.
Help maintain clear segmentation of prospects by sector, geography, company type and sales priority.
Prospect Research and Sales Administration
Research target companies, decision-makers and project contacts across relevant sectors.
Build and maintain prospect lists for outbound sales activity.
Support preparation of outreach campaigns, target account lists and follow-up schedules.
Assist with general sales administration, reporting and coordination.
Help prepare activity summaries for the CEO or senior team.
Support ad hoc admin tasks linked to business development, customer engagement and sales operations.

Requirements
Essential
Excellent written English with a professional, polished and commercially appropriate tone.
Experience supporting senior executives, sales teams or business development teams.
Strong judgement and discretion when communicating on behalf of senior leaders.
Experience using LinkedIn for business networking, outreach or prospecting.
Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or able to learn it quickly.
Strong attention to detail, especially when entering and updating CRM data.
Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage follow-ups and multiple conversations at once.
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and general Microsoft Office tools.
Able to summarise activity clearly and identify which replies or opportunities need senior attention.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative within agreed guidelines.
Desirable
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM systems.
Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, executive assistance, lead generation or business development support.
Experience working with UK, European, US or international businesses.
Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure or data centre sectors.
Experience drafting outreach messages, sales emails or customer follow-up communications.
Experience working in an offshore support role for a senior executive or sales leader.
