Location / Shift Angeles/Mabalacat, Pampanga / US Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The SharePoint Programmer supports the company’s day-to-day systems development needs by designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft products used across the organization. This position is responsible for building and maintaining SharePoint solutions, integrating Microsoft applications (including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Microsoft CRM), and ensuring systems function seamlessly to support business operations. Additionally, the SharePoint Programmer will troubleshoot issues, enhance existing workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to develop efficient, scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Entry and accuracy of the sales management functions within the Companies ERP system

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and custom applications.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Microsoft CRM, and other Microsoft tools.
• Build and maintain automated processes using Power Automate, PowerApps, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and support dashboards, reports, and data connections using Power BI.
• Collaborate with department leads to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, version control, and technical specifications.
• Communicate proactively with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure system completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business processes.
  
  

Requirements Minimum Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• 3–5 years of prior experience in SharePoint development or Microsoft stack programming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, including SPFx, PowerApps, Power Automate, and customization frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating systems within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Business Central, Power BI, Microsoft CRM).
• Strong understanding and technical use of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• ERP system exposure, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to propose efficient technical solutions.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Customer-focused orientation and ability to support end users.
