Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer Level 2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and the ability to create, modify, and execute high-quality visual materials across digital and print platforms.

This role requires someone who can follow detailed instructions, manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently deliver accurate and polished designs. The successful candidate should be receptive to constructive feedback, eager to learn new processes, and committed to maintaining brand consistency and quality in every project.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work through design revisions, and contribute to creating compelling visual materials that effectively represent the company’s identity.

Key Skills And Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual aesthetics, and standard design practices.
• Advanced knowledge of typography, layout composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create and execute cohesive designs for digital and print media.
• Experience creating visual content for marketing campaigns, branding, advertising, and other creative materials.
• Ability to duplicate and modify existing designs while maintaining consistency and accurately adjusting layers, opacity, effects, fonts, text sizes, and other design elements.
• Knowledge of proper design file organization, including preparing Design Packages and maintaining Links folders.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and translate feedback into design revisions.
• Understanding of design revision workflows and collaboration with other departments.
• Ability to review and verify all requested edits before submitting designs for approval.
• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Monday.com, is an advantage.

Experience And Education Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, particularly in digital and print media.
• Experience developing designs for marketing campaigns, branding, advertising, and other creative projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback into design outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  
  

Soft And Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Sketch or Figma for digital design and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of standard graphic design file preparation, organization, and handoff procedures.
  
  

Non Negotiable

• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to handle design revisions, incorporate feedback, and verify completed edits before submitting work for approval.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work within established design processes.
