Job Description
Title: Senior Crew
Job Summary
The Senior Crew is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the stir-fry and back-up stations, ensuring the delivery of all products from those stations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: At least 2nd year college in any degree course, preferably enrolled
Experience: Kitchen cook/crew in a QSR, fastfood or restaurant for at least one year. If internal, at least one year as a kitchen crew or Team Leader, and is assigned to a store that has achieved adequate PCF GSC scores
Training/License/ Certification
At least level 3 TESDA certification in Commercial Cooking or Food and Beverage Service courses
Crew Training System – certification in Stir-fry and Back-up stations and product preparation procedures

Work Conditions: Most day-to-day work is at the store. Occasional pullouts for training programs and other activities.

Innovation: Expected to recommend changes/improvements in ways of working to their immediate superior.
Internal Contacts
AKL/KL: coordination on stock pull-outs and kitchen-related operations, production and TC levels
PQM: turning over of scrap items and escalation of equipment issues
