Sekura is a global organization supporting retailers in 30+ countries, Sekura Global Store equipment supplier in Colchester, England Location / Shift Angeles Office, Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description Working alongside the Finance Team, this position is primarily responsible for converting, processing and uploading sales invoices for the North American region. Key Responsibilities Sales Invoice Generation Within the SAP B1 System:

• Validating Sales Orders have been shipped by our 3PL
• Converting Sales Orders into Sales Invoices
• Preparing consolidated invoices, where necessary
• Preparing Tariff & “Summary” (non-PO) invoices
• Liaising with Customer Services team on invoice/delivery issues and required sales invoice amendments, credit notes, etc
  
  

Within Various Customer Portals

• Uploading these invoices to the customer portals in the US or
• Process sales invoices for emailing to customer directly
• Monthly Customer reconciliations between SAP B1 and Customer’s portal
  
  

New Customers

• Communicate with Global Finance team to onboard new customers, their invoicing requirements and invoice receiving process (ie email or upload)
  
  

Customer Portals

• Pick up and post invoices to appropriate portal for low volume accounts.
• Monthly reconciliation of customer’s portal against customer’s SAP B1 account.
• Check all portals when on time payment not made.
  
  

Adhoc Duties This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of duties. Example: Supplier invoice postings, customer payment postings, etc Requirements Part one - Knowledge, qualifications and experience

• Previous experience of working in a finance department in an administrative role with an understanding of finance systems and processes.
• Experienced with MS Office including Excel and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality standards.
