• Support the IS Category Lead in management low value low risk IS category for all company corporate and onshore & offshore operating division procurement needs.
• Apply procurement acumen to deliver project execution on time and within budget.
• Uphold and ensure compliance with all company standards and processes.
• Deliver end to end contracting and procurement in support of corporate, onshore and offshore development projects for the IS category which may include:
• Total cost of ownership
• Sourcing activities for software, communications infrastructure, and other technology services
• Drafting recommendations for delegates that are informed by market intelligence and that balance risk and value
• SRM activities for contracts under management
• Ensure development and execution of contracts achieve lowest total cost outcomes whilst accommodating delivery of scope growth.
• Negotiations for IS products and services.
• Ensure contracts within the category are maintained to high standard and adequately administered including ACV, term, variations and claims.
• Comply with Supply Chain Standards ensuring requirements are complied with or modified as required.
• Ensure all sourcing and contracting activities comply with JV Agreements.
