About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Planswift Specialist with strong experience in construction estimating. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate material take-offs, quantity surveys, and cost estimations using Planswift software for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform take-offs and quantity estimations for architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using Planswift.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material lists, and labor requirements.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to verify quantities and costs.
• Update and maintain estimate databases, cost histories, and reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.
  
  
  

• Proficient in Planswift software (experience with Bluebeam or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
