CBRE Philippines is seeking a licensed Property Manager to oversee a single commercial/office property in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will manage operations, finances, and vendor contracts while ensuring lease compliance, service level agreements, and timely issue resolution to tenants.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of Property/Building Manager experience, a valid Electrical/Mechanical license, and is willing to work Monday-Saturday in Angeles with strong tenant relations and building
