- Position: Level 2 IT Support
- Location: Central Luzon
- Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift
- Answering the support phone during business hours (Monday to Friday)
- Monitoring support e-mails and service desk queue and actively working on customer issues to resolution
- Carrying out daily/weekly health checks and preventative maintenance on customer environments
- Carrying out mini-projects for new client on-boarding, server migrations, major software updates, migrations to Office365, etc.
- Escalating issues that you can't resolve to senior engineers or vendors.
- Updating documentation on customer environments
- Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Windows OS Professional Editions, MS Office software
- Experience with Microsoft365, Intune, MDM, Endpoint Protection, Azure
- An understanding of networking: DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
- Experience with SonicWall firewalls and other networking equipment
- Some experience with Smartphones, laptops, desktops & tablets
- An excellent phone manner and communication skills
