Junior Estimator Bluebeam Planswift Hybrid PAMPANGA

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.
  
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  
• Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as an Estimator.
  
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  
• Experience working with Australian clients is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Bluebeam & Planswift for measurement and quantity take-offs is required.
  
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for project estimating and management is required
  
• Experience having both Bluebeam and Planswift is considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory.
  
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong presentation skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgetary guideline
