Location / Shift Angeles / Mabalacat, Pampanga - Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position About The Role The interior designer plays a central role in creating and producing plans based on client needs and expectations. Main Responsibilities Design and development of plans:

    • Create detailed 2D and/or 3D plans using the P-Con software.
    • Integrate architectural elements, furniture, and equipment according to client requirements.
    • Ensure aesthetic and functional consistency for each design.
Compliance with standards and regulations:

    • Ensure that the plans comply with safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards.
    • Stay informed about national regulations regarding interior layout.
Understanding client needs:

    • Communicate with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget.
    • Analyze spatial, technical, and budget constraints of the project.
    • Interpret client requirements and translate them into layout plans.
Collaboration with teams:

    • Work collaboratively with internal teams (architects and designers) to ensure harmonious integration of plans within the overall project.
    • Communicate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
Involvement in projects:

    • Be proactive and provide solutions when participating in a project.
    • Take corrective actions if necessary to meet deadlines.
Qualification & Requirements Required Skills

    • Understanding of interior layout and space planning principles.
    • Strong artistic sense and ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
    • Time management and organizational skills.
    • Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
    • Advanced proficiency in layout and/or 3D modeling software.
    • Alignment with the company’s values.
Knowledge

    • Knowledge of tertiary interior design.
    • IT knowledge (Office Suite).
    • Knowledge of specific software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, P-Con Planner).
    • Knowledge of workstation ergonomics.
    • Master the French language (speak & write)
Soft Skills

    • Rigor.
    • Methodical and organized approach.
    • Sense of order (administrative files).
    • Ability to listen and visualize client needs.
    • Creativity.
    • Stress resistance.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
