We are looking for a detail-oriented Group Benefits Administrator to support our U.S.-based insurance clients through a variety of back-office administrative functions. This role is responsible for managing employee benefit enrollments, policy servicing, account management, quoting, and maintaining accurate client records using Agency Management Systems. The ideal candidate has experience working in employee benefits, can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and thrives in a fast-paced insurance environment where accuracy and customer service are essential. Responsibilities Support annual Open Enrollment activities Process new enrollments, mid-term enrollments, terminations, and cancellations Manage assigned book of business Prepare and update insurance quotations Handle account management requests and policy servicing Process ACORD forms and supplemental insurance documents Maintain accurate client records within EASE and AgencyBloc Perform policy audits and other insurance back-office functions Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams Ensure timely completion of client requests while maintaining compliance and accuracy Qualifications Previous experience in Employee Benefits Administration or Group Benefits Insurance Experience supporting U.S. insurance agencies Hands-on experience using EASE and/or AgencyBloc Experience managing a Book of Business Experience handling Open Enrollments Experience processing Terminations and Mid-Term Enrollments Knowledge of insurance quoting and policy servicing Familiarity with ACORD forms and supplemental documentation Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be willing to work night shift to accommodate U.S.-based clients and agencies Must be available to work during U.S. business hours

Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage annual Open Enrollment activities for employee benefit plans. Process new enrollments, mid-term enrollments, terminations, and policy cancellations accurately. Maintain and manage an assigned book of business. Prepare and provide insurance quotes based on client requests. Perform account management and ongoing policy servicing. Process and maintain ACORD forms and supplemental insurance documentation. Maintain accurate client and policy records within EASE and AgencyBloc. Conduct policy audits and support other insurance back-office functions. Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, clients, and internal teams to resolve policy-related inquiries. Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy changes while maintaining compliance with agency and carrier guidelines. Maintain organized electronic documentation and client records. Provide administrative support to the Benefits team while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines. Deliver exceptional support to U.S.-based clients while working during U.S. business hours (night shift).
