About The Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Business Development Managers at Medilogic. In this role, you will manage administrative duties, coordinate meetings and events, and facilitate communication between team members and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and respond to executive requests
    • Coordinate travel, scheduling, and hire cars
    • Liaise with sales reps, customer service, and operations for urgent enquiries and dispatches
    • Maintain CRM data in HubSpot, including data entry and deal tracking
    • Manage emails and respond to client enquiries promptly
    • Prepare quotes in Myob EXO, pricing lists, and comparison documents in Excel
    • Schedule meetings and communicate with clients via email and text
    • Set up and maintain customer accounts in Medilogic and Exonet (ERP), ensuring drs registrations and account details, order approvals are current
