Location / Shift Angeles, Pampanga - Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Objective: Generate accurate, profitable, compliant quotes, including price, availability, lead times, and T&Cs. Reports to: Operations Manager Key Accountabilities: Estimates, margin protection, and accuracy. Performance Measured By: Win rate, margin variance, and turnaround. Role Purpose: Convert opportunities into accurate, profitable, compliant quotes.

• Review RFQs and tenders
• Quantify drawings and BOQs
• Select compliant products
• Build cost estimates
• Apply pricing rules and margins
• Liaise with suppliers for costings
• Submit quotes on time
• Maintain estimate records

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in an estimating, pricing, or similar role
• Basic ability to review RFQs and pricing information
• Take-off experience not essential
• Some exposure to drawings or BOQs preferred
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn estimating processes and systems
• Able to work within SLAs and follow pricing rules
• NetSuite and Pipedrive experience preferred, but not essential — must be a quick learner
