Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on ERP Systems & Integration Manager to lead the development, integration, and optimization of our core business systems. This role will play a critical part in the final rollout and ongoing evolution of our ERP platform while ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce, Enapps ERP, financial systems, operational platforms, and business intelligence tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing data integrations, building and maintaining our data warehouse and reporting environment, and driving digital transformation initiatives, including customer portals, mobile applications, and AI-powered solutions.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with senior leadership, external software vendors, and key stakeholders across the business. We are looking for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on, capable of designing solutions while actively delivering them.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Management

• Lead the ongoing development, support, and optimization of Enapps ERP and associated business systems.
• Support the final stages of ERP implementation and future enhancements.
• Ensure business systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and technology.
  
  

Systems Integration & API Development

Design, Develop, And Maintain Integrations Between

• Salesforce CRM
• Enapps ERP (PostgreSQL)
• Monday.com
• Payhawk
• Build and manage API connections and data synchronization processes.
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, and consistency across all systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance and data flow issues.
  
  

Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence

• Design and maintain a centralized data warehouse environment.
• Develop data pipelines to consolidate information from multiple business systems.
• Deliver reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Create executive dashboards, operational reports, and automated reporting processes.
• Implement automated email reporting and business performance snapshots.
  
  

Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Lead the development of customer-facing digital solutions, including customer portals.
• Support the design and implementation of technician and customer mobile applications.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and automation opportunities across the business.
• Identify emerging technologies that can improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
  
  

Vendor & Project Management

• Act as the primary technical liaison with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Manage system enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Coordinate testing, training, documentation, and user adoption activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed objectives.
  
  

Requirments

Essential

• Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, and business systems integrations.
• Strong experience with API development and systems integration.
• Experience working with Salesforce and ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and managing data warehouses and ETL processes.
• Advanced Power BI or equivalent business intelligence experience.
• Strong data modelling, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with Enapps ERP.
• Experience with Monday.com and Payhawk integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern integration tools.
• Experience developing or managing customer portals.
• Experience delivering mobile applications for field service or customer use.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation platforms, or generative AI solutions.
• Experience in service, engineering, manufacturing, facilities management, or field operations environments.
