Cash Agent Officer

The position is primarily responsible for managing and strengthening partnerships with accredited cash agents while expanding the agent network by identifying and supporting new partners to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors branch operations, sales performance, and program execution to ensure compliance, identify opportunities, and achieve business targets.
• Coordinates with internal teams and business partners to implement systems, products, campaigns, and operational initiatives effectively.
• Conducts training, coaching, and engagement activities to enhance partner capabilities, service quality, and team performance.
• Analyzes sales and market trends to recommend strategies that improve performance, expand the business, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Resolves operational and partner concerns, provides business recommendations, and supports the successful execution of assigned projects and initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, preferably Marketing.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience with banking products and strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills.
• Willing to travel frequently within North and Central Luzon.
