Architectural Designer

We’re looking for a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance. • ™ Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 💰 Salary: ₱150,000/month 📄 Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential renewal/extension)
  
  

• Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client vision and project requirements
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure feasibility and execution
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations
• Prepare and manage construction documentation for project implementation
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are executed correctly
• Develop project cost estimates and help maintain budget alignment
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet expectations
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience in architectural design and project execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
