Job Description
Act as the Voice of the Customer, investigating concerns, nonconformances, and complaints through root cause analysis and corrective action
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems, tools, and inspection processes
Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to support new product launches and process changes
Review internal nonconforming material and drive corrective and preventive actions
Support and guide Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with quality system and customer requirements
Improve first article, in-process, and final inspection methods and documentation
Prepare and submit First Article Inspection Reports; lead submissions at higher levels
Support audits (internal, customer, and third-party) and contribute to maintaining the Quality Management System
Promote safety, 6S practices, and organized work environments

The Successful Applicant
Associate degree or higher in a related field (Bachelors preferred for senior level)
Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of inspection methods, machine shop gauging, and blueprint reading
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive improvements to completion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation tools
For senior-level candidates: aerospace experience, GD&T expertise, audit leadership, and AS9102 knowledge
