About The Opportunity

As a Host Responsibility Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. This is a role with purpose. Every shift, you’ll be actively engaging with customers, identifying potential risks, and helping ensure our entertainment spaces remain fun and harm free.

You’ll be the calm, confident presence that guides customers, supports staff, and upholds our Host Responsibility programme. From monitoring behaviour to documenting interactions, you’ll use your communication skills, empathy, and sound judgement to make a meaningful difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping a watchful eye on customer behaviour to identify signs of gambling related harm
• Building strong, professional relationships with customers, staff, and external support services
• Guiding customers toward safe, realistic choices that help them stay within their limits
• Supporting staff in recognising and reporting potential harm
• Providing clear, accurate reporting to senior leaders and regulators
  
  

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a role with purpose. You’re warm, empathetic, and approachable, but you’re also confident, resilient, and able to work independently. You communicate with clarity, negotiate with care, and handle sensitive situations with integrity and discretion.

You’ll need to be available for a rotating 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. If you speak a second language or have experience in gaming, welfare, or community services, that’s a bonus, but what matters most is your genuine desire to help people make positive choices.
