We are looking for a team member who can analyze quality issues within after-sales processes, clearly define problems, and ensure proper technical and organizational alignment to support effective resolution.

This role works closely with Aftersales teams to accurately capture the Voice of Customer (VOC), perform initial quality and technical analysis, conduct issue triage, and route validated topics to the relevant engineering teams.

Beyond issue routing, the role is responsible for ensuring robust problem definition, applying structured quality methodologies, and driving effective root cause analysis to support sustainable engineering solutions.

What is the job waiting for you?

• Perform inspections, audits, and quality assessments to maintain high product standards.
• Analyze quality issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production and supplier-related quality problems.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure process improvements.
• Support customer quality requirements and respond to quality-related inquiries

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials, or related fields).
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification preferred; knowledge of welding quality standards such as ISO 3834 is an asset.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and other quality methodologies.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high-quality awareness.
• Good communication skills for working with internal teams and suppliers.
