Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize the company’s content ideation process to overcome current production bottlenecks
• Research trending topics and identify viral content opportunities across multiple social media platforms
• Transform raw concepts into structured, filmable content briefs ready for production teams
• Mine Reddit, forums, and online communities for fresh content angles and audience insights
• Collaborate with filming and editing teams to ensure ideas are production-feasible
• Proactively source and develop content concepts that align with channel growth goals
• Continuously analyze and improve content strategy processes for maximum efficiency
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and what makes content perform on each
• Familiarity with Reddit and other online forum communities for content research
• Knowledge of content creation workflows and audience engagement principles
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative
• Understanding of what makes entertainment content compelling and shareable
• Bonus if you have formal content strategy experience or background in digital media
• It helps if you’re naturally curious about internet culture and trending topics
