Job Description

  • Generate reports from various HCM and timekeeping systems for users without direct access, including creating and updating different report formats and data views. Contribute to building dashboards and data visualizations that present workforce-related insights.
  • Assist senior team members in communicating report outputs, dashboard insights, and system limitations to stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Work closely with team members and requestors to understand reporting requirements and ensure accurate development or updates to reports.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by extracting data, integrating analytics, and developing reports that enhance efficiency and user experience across HCM and timekeeping platforms.
  • Validate and maintain data accuracy within reports and systems by conducting regular quality checks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Keep up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in HCM reporting and timekeeping systems.


The Successful Applicant

  • At least one year of experience working with Workday
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Familiarity with HCM or timekeeping platforms such as Workday, Workday Prism, UKG Pro Workforce Management, or UKG Dimensions is an advantage
  • Completion of foundational and advanced training in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism is preferred
  • Completion of basic and advanced training in UKG Pro Workforce Management or Dimensions data views and reporting is preferred
  • Understanding of data visualization principles and tools
  • Experience using reporting or visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong ability to ensure data accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
