Job Description

  • Handle inquiries regarding healthcare services, products, and insurance benefits.
  • Provide accurate guidance on policies, coverage, and medical-related processes.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Work with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage your workload independently and maintain excellent time management.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement:
  • College Graduate (no BPO experience required)
  • OR SHS Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
  • Viber Account: Must have an active Viber number.
  • Internet Requirement: Minimum 35 Mbps stable connection.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, good interpersonal abilities, and computer literacy.
  • Personal Traits: Empathetic, patient, and highly customer-focused.
  • Work Setup: Remote work environment with flexible scheduling options.
