WordPress Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy WordPress Support Specialist who can provide excellent client support while assisting with website-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients through calls, email, and video meetings, while also being proactive and solutions-oriented. We strongly prefer candidates based in the Philippines so our support team can remain aligned within the same time zone.

Schedule:

• 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week) [Must be available during peak hours catering to customers in Europe, UK, and Canada]

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and VOIP systems
• Troubleshoot website-related concerns and assist clients with support requests
• Support website maintenance including content updates, image uploads, and adjustments
• Assist with template website setup alongside the development team
• Maintain CRM records and support administrative tasks
• Join client calls and video meetings professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing projects and support needs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• At least 1 year of WordPress experience
• Experience with Gravity Forms and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable handling calls and video conferencing with clients
• Previous website support or web company experience preferred
• Familiar with Gmail and VOIP systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection suitable for calls and remote work
