Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled, organized, and systems-minded Technical Backend Support Specialist to own and maintain the company’s digital ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who values clean systems, seamless integrations, and long-term efficiency—and enjoys building technology that “just works” behind the scenes. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a reliable backend infrastructure that supports marketing, operations, and community growth. Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible within 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Bali / Singapore Time) (20 hours per month)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain WordPress websites
• Build and optimize funnels and landing pages
• Set up and maintain automations and system integrations
• Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and user flows
• Troubleshoot technical issues calmly and effectively
• Document systems, processes, and configurations
• Continuously improve efficiency and scalability of the tech stack
• Collaborate using Asana, Slack, and Google Drive for communication and task management

• Circle
• Zapier
• Email marketing platforms and CRM systems

Requirements
