Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Research Specialist focused on sourcing and verifying luxury women’s fashion boutiques for wholesale outreach. This role combines deep online research, data enrichment, and direct phone verification to build high-quality lead lists for sales campaigns.

A key part of this role involves calling U.S.-based boutiques to confirm or obtain accurate buyer/owner contact details, ensuring data quality for outreach and CRM use.

Schedule: Mon _ Fri 9am - 5pm PST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Research and identify luxury and high-end women’s fashion boutiques based on defined criteria
• Build structured lead lists in Google Sheets (store name, owner/buyer, address, phone, email, etc.)
• Verify and enrich lead data using AI tools and online research methods
• Conduct outbound calls to boutiques to confirm or obtain direct contact information
• Ensure all data is accurate, clean, and ready for CRM/email campaign upload
• Continuously improve lead quality through verification and research refinement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, sales research, or data sourcing
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident phone presence for U.S.-based outreach
• Proficiency with AI tools and online research methods
• Fast, accurate typing with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-volume output
• Results-driven mindset (performance matters more than hours worked)
