Warehouse Associate (225-1015)

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our supply chain operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are crucial. Our ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Prior experience in warehouse operations is beneficial but not required. You'll be expected to handle various warehouse activities, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and uphold safety standards at all times. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time. The warehouse operations are at the heart of our businesses, and your contribution will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders and guidelines.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations for easy retrieval.
• Perform regular inventory counts and update stock records as necessary.
• Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks and verifying shipment contents.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Identify damaged, missing, or expired products and report them to management.
• Support in the training of new staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Complete daily reports and communicate issues with warehouse manager promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is an asset.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with warehouse software systems for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
