Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory products following established procedures.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory through regular counts and audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy against shipping documents.
• Ensure the warehouse is orderly and clean to facilitate efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions using warehouse management software.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the implementation of safety measures to create a secure work environment.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance job efficiency and safety.
• Support inventory control practices to prevent loss or damage to products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar work environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to lift heavy objects consistently and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Good communication skills for reporting and team collaboration activities.
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and processing orders efficiently.
