About The Opportunity

Dayforce is currently seeking a Wage Attachment Specialist to join our Dayforce Managed Team. We service our clients by supporting the complete employee life cycle including payroll, workforce management, benefits, and contact center; allowing the client to focus on their core business.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and processing court ordered involuntary deductions such as Creditor Garnishments, Child Support, State & Federal Tax Levies
• They are responsible for ensuring garnishments are processed accurately and timely to ensure proper deduction calculation when processed through payroll
• Able to interface with clients and use critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details. This position will reside in the Philippines and work US Eastern Standard Time 5 days per week.
• Interpret and process withholding orders including, but not limited to garnishments, child support, student loans and federal and state levies accurately to avoid cost & liability as per federal & state garnishment regulations.
• Prepare and respond to (inquiries) continuing answers for withholding orders Proactively highlight risks
