🧭 Navigating the position: Visual Designer

We’re looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer who can transform instructional storyboards into engaging, interactive, and polished digital learning experiences. If you have a strong mix of development skills and multimedia creativity, we’d love to meet you.

As a Visual Designer you will work closely with Instructional Designers to bring training concepts to life. You will develop elearning modules, create supporting multimedia assets, and ensure seamless delivery through LMS platforms using SCORM and xAPI standards.

• Please not this will be an 18 month fixed term contract**
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop highquality elearning courses using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
• Create and refine multimedia assets (graphics, layouts, interactions, animations) based on storyboards
• Team up with Instructional Designers and SMEs to transform concepts into compelling learning experiences.
• Package and publish courses following SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI specifications
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility compliance, and responsive performance
• Test, troubleshoot, and deploy courses within various LMS environments
• Validate course reporting (completion, scoring, tracking) across SCORM/xAPIcompatible LMS systems
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer
• proficiency in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline (great to have but not mandatory)
• Solid visual design skills (layout, typography, branding, color, composition)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Blender!
• Strong understanding of SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI tracking standards
• Solid working knowledge of LMS platforms and troubleshooting LMSrelated issues
• Ability to interpret and implement storyboards with accuracy and creativity
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS for custom functionality
• e-learning experience desirable
