Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, growth-minded Virtual Patient Growth & Administrative Coordinator to join our behavioral health practice. This is not a traditional virtual assistant or task-based administrative role.

The ideal candidate will combine patient coordination, administrative support, and business development skills to help grow the practice while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will be expected to take ownership, identify opportunities, solve problems, and make recommendations rather than simply wait for instructions. The right person will think like a practice owner and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What Were Looking For

The successful candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, proactive, and accountable.

You dont wait to be given every task. You notice opportunities, take action, and follow through.

If you encounter a problem, you dont just say, "We have an issue." You think about why it happened, how it can be solved, and what we can do to prevent it from happening again.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys having ownership, contributing ideas, and directly impacting the growth of a practice.

If youre looking for a role where you can make a real impact rather than simply complete a checklist of tasks, wed like to hear from you.
