For this role, our client is searching for an experienced Virtual Legal Assistant who will be responsible for administrative tasks such as email management, calendar management, and client communication. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time from 9 AM - 5 PM.
The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:
Must have at least a year of relevant experience as a Virtual Legal Assistant or similar role.
Must have experience working with or in U.S. law firms, settings, or clients.
Must have expertise in utilizing scheduling tools, email platforms, and other office software.
Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a huge advantage.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings for legal professionals.
Organize and update calendars to ensure efficient time management.
Handle email communication on behalf of legal professionals, including drafting, responding, and organizing emails.
Prioritize and filter emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Communicate with clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication.
Perform other related tasks and responsibilities.

Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:
A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
