You don't need to be perfect. You need to be reliable.

Specifically:

• You manage your time without someone watching over your shoulder
• You communicate clearly, in writing especially
• You're comfortable with digital tools and willing to learn new ones
• You can do research and put together organized, useful outputs
• You take ownership — you don't wait to be told twice
• You've worked remotely before, or you genuinely understand what it takes

Familiarity with project management tools, digital marketing, or business operations is a bonus. Being someone who shows up consistently is not optional.
