Estimated Hours Per Week: 20 to start (with the high likelihood of increase)

Base Salary Range: ₱155 - ₱180 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary

The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities include managing candidate communications, organizing data, and maintaining hiring workflow efficiency. The role requires comfort with spreadsheets and digital tools in a remote environment. Prior recruitment experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided to candidates with the right organizational mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Pipeline Support: Assist with managing job postings and monitoring candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of talent.
  • Candidate Communication: Send standardized and automated messages to prospective hires, coordinate and schedule interviews, and handle professional follow-up correspondence.
  • Data Management and Tracking: Organize candidate information and track progress through every stage of the hiring journey using Google Sheets or Excel to maintain accurate records.
  • Workflow Optimization: Use digital tools to capture and store critical information from meetings and candidate profiles to streamline access for leadership.
  • Administrative Coordination: Assist with calendar management and ensure daily administrative tasks are completed accurately to support growth.
  • General Support: Perform other tasks as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the department and organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) and common digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to Learn: Prior experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage high volumes of data and messages while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while meeting goals and deadlines.
