Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who excels at anticipating needs, managing multiple priorities, and taking initiative. You will provide comprehensive administrative support while working remotely with a UK-based team during UK business hours (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM UK Time).


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple projects and tasks

* Proactively identify potential issues and solve problems before they escalate

* Manage calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings across time zones

* Handle email management and correspondence via Gmail

* Coordinate communication across teams using Slack

* Utilise AI tools (Claude) to optimise workflows and enhance productivity

* Organise and maintain digital files, documents, and systems

* Anticipate needs and prepare materials in advance

* Conduct research and compile information as needed

* Handle ad-hoc tasks with minimal supervision


Required Qualifications:

* Fresh graduate or 0-1 years of professional experience

* Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

* Proactive mindset - ability to think ahead and anticipate problems

* Strong multitasking abilities - comfortable juggling multiple priorities

* Excellent contextual awareness and ability to adapt quickly

* Proficiency in Slack for team communication

* Proficiency in Gmail for email management

* Experience using Claude AI or similar AI tools

* Available to work during UK business hours (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM UK Time)

* Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
