What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
  • Strong administrative and document management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar remote support role
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating documents remotely
  • Experience supporting professionals, executives, legal teams, or small business owners is highly regarded (not mandatory)

Working Hours

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week to start
  • Working hours aligned with New Zealand business hours
  • Potential to increase to full-time as the business grows

What will you do?

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Prepare, format, review, and coordinate business documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic filing systems
  • Manage diary appointments, scheduling, and reminders
  • Update and maintain document precedents and templates
  • Ensure document accuracy and consistency across all files
  • Assist with document coordination and workflow management
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support process improvements and administrative efficiencies
