Our client is looking for a Video Production Project Coordinator to serve as the backbone of project coordination, ensuring seamless workflow from initial brief to final delivery. This role places you at the center of exciting productions, where your organization and proactive communication directly support major brand campaigns and product launches for leading technology companies.

Our client is a dynamic video production agency specializing in educational and brand content for leading technology companies. The team delivers high-stakes projects—including product launch videos for major tech brands—where timing is critical and quality is non-negotiable. You’ll work on cutting-edge content that reaches millions of viewers worldwide.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Project Workflow: Manage end-to-end project coordination through ClickUp from brief to delivery, proactively moving tasks through workflow stages to prevent delays or bottlenecks.
• Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication between creative directors, editors, designers, and clients while maintaining fast, professional response times for client updates and inquiries.
• Review & Asset Management: Coordinate video review and feedback cycles using Frame.io, and maintain organized Google Drive folder structures and creative asset libraries.
• Team Leadership & Capacity: Lead daily stand-up meetings, ensure project visibility across teams, and assign tasks based on priorities, timelines, and team capacity.
• Launch Support: Support time-sensitive launches tied to major product announcements.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Advanced ClickUp proficiency (power-user level) and extensive experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, file organization).
• Experience: 3+ years of production coordination or project management experience, with a background in creative agencies, social media agencies, or content production environments. Experience working with film crew, media, or studio environments.
• Operational Strengths: Impeccable attention to detail, highly proactive with strong follow-up, and deadline management abilities.
• Communication: Strong client-facing communication skills and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Experience using Frame.io or similar video review platforms.
• Previous work with technology brands or understanding of creative asset workflows.
