About The Role

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to create polished YouTube and social media content. This role is ideal for someone highly reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines independently. While strategy guidance is provided by the co-founders, the candidate will focus on execution—editing, posting, and ensuring content quality and consistency.

Duties And Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production:

• Edit raw video footage into short and long form content (5-20 minutes) and produce a minimum of 3 YouTube videos per week with consistent quality, pacing, and style.
• Add motion graphics, titles, captions, transitions and brand elements to ensure videos are visually engaging and on-message.
• Design clear, scroll-stopping thumbnails
• Upload each video to YouTube with:
• Titles (based on provided list or input)
• Descriptions
• Tags, playlists, chapters, and end screens
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Perform color correction, sound balancing, and visual enhancements for professional polish.
  

• Organize and manage video files and digital assets.
• Upload and publish videos with proper formatting, thumbnails, and metadata.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and collaborate on content planning.
  
  

• Work closely with the account manager and creative stakeholders to understand feedback and direction.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and tone.
• Communicate effectively regarding deadlines, updates, and progress.
  
  

• Proven experience editing YouTube and social media content.
• YouTube SEO and channel optimization
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual branding.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Senior-level experience preferred.

• Take initiative to improve video structure, flow, and viewer engagement.
• Maintain reliability in turnaround time and communication.
• Adapt quickly to feedback and refine style as needed.
