Job Title : Video Editor
We are looking at a social media manager specifically with Video Editing experience,
veo3, or similar ai type video editing tools.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)
Training & Certification
Must complete the 10-Day Elite AI Marketing Bootcamp within 10 working days (all
modules will be released upfront for binge-learning).
Must complete the two bonus modules within 12 total working days.
Must attend all weekly Elite AI Marketing Program live group calls with camera on and
questions prepared in advance.
Must proactively leverage support channels: WhatsApp, weekly group calls, and
monthly 1:1 Momentum Calls.
Experience with Go high level is an asset
Must have experience with Veo3 or similar AI video editing software, Must have
experience with video editing.
Able to send out emails, and do follow up with text message through go high level
Mange Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn media posts,
Create content for this.

Client Management & Weekly Reporting
Must maintain and update the Level 10 document weekly, including:
Updated Headlines
Updated Scorecard (KPIs) — must be accurate and submitted weekly
Rocks/Goals — marked On Track or Off Track
To-Dos Section — clear Who / What / When
Issues Section — identify off-track rocks and list corrective actions being taken
If a rock is off track, must move it to Issues and immediately outline next steps (e.g.,
contacting AI Marketing Team via WhatsApp, preparing questions for group call, or
prepping for Momentum Call).

Meetings & Communication
Must attend all weekly internal marketing calls with Justin.
Must be available for a daily 5–10 minute huddle with Justin to report:
What was completed yesterday
What will be completed today
Any stuck points that need escalation
Must schedule and ensure attendance at monthly Momentum Calls with the Elite AI
Marketing Coaching Team.
Must maintain fast, clear, proactive communication at all times.
Execution & Ownership
Must execute all assigned Rocks (key measurable goals) on time and with excellence.
Must track progress daily and update Justin proactively — not reactively.
Must take full ownership of outcomes: follow through, follow up, and escalate when
needed.
Must operate with a sense of urgency and a bias toward action.
50% of the time with Sports Evaluations, and 50% of time with Mosaic Sports Co.
