Job Description:

You’ll bring two distinct creative brands to life through engaging video content and strategic social media management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make an impact across different creative industries. You’ll have the creative freedom to develop content that showcases beautiful international locations and resonates with diverse artistic communities.

Job Highlights

• Monthly/Hourly Rate: Equivalent of USD 1,148/month
• Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates, and the final rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit videos using CapCut and other mobile-friendly editing platforms
• Schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms for both brands
• Develop engaging content for the writing retreat business and music artist brand
• Coordinate social media posting strategies and engagement across different audiences
• Edit videos using phone-based tools and mobile applications
• Create content that showcases international retreat locations and creative experiences
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules for maximum engagement

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CapCut and basic mobile video editing tools
• Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms
• Creative eye for content that works across different creative industries
• Ability to work with mobile editing tools and phone-based content creation
• Understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement
• Bonus if you have experience in arts, music, or the creative industry content
• Familiarity with content creation for international or travel-focused brands
