THE ROLE

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Loss Prevention Specialists. In this role, you will review video footage and provide insights that help our clients improve daily operations, reduce losses, and maintain high standards.

• Review and analyze video surveillance footage
• Identify operational issues, risks, and potential losses
• Prepare clear and accurate audit reports for clients
• Ensure all work meets quality and productivity standards
• Complete assigned tasks within required timelines
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or at least high school diploma (college level is an advantage)
• Experience in loss prevention, retail, food service, auditing, or similar fields is preferred but not required
• Background as a team leader or supervisor is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and shifting environment
