Job Description

Lead or support end‑to‑end evaluation and execution of M&A and investment opportunities.
Build investment theses, perform financial modelling, and conduct in‑depth valuations.
Conduct market, competitive, and financial research to identify strategic opportunities.
Prepare clear, compelling investment materials for senior leadership and decision‑makers.
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor global and regional trends to inform strategy and opportunity sourcing.
Cultivate relationships with advisors, partners, and key transaction stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Typically Demonstrates

A strong academic background in Finance, Business, or related fields.
Experience in Investment Banking (IBD), M&A, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity.
Advanced modelling skills, commercial judgement, and the ability to assess opportunities with rigor.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and comfort operating within fast‑moving deal environments.
A profile well‑suited for Filipino investment bankers based abroad who are considering a return to the Philippines to pursue senior investment roles.
