UX/UI Designer 20O25

A UX/UI Designer is a creative role that merges the principles of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with various digital products. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to conceptualize, design, and ultimately create appealing user interfaces and intuitive user experiences. This role requires a blend of design thinking, technical skills, and the ability to place yourself in the user's shoes. The ideal candidate is both artistically talented and technically proficient, ready to tackle the challenge of creating seamless digital experiences that are not only functional but also engaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine design concepts.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction concepts.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity and low-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and final polished products.
• Maintain consistent design standards and ensure brand guidelines in all design elements.
• Solicit feedback from users during product testing and pivot design strategies accordingly.
• Work iteratively to get designs to a state that embodies product vision and user needs.
• Ensure that final visuals and user interface designs adhere to quality controls and standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies applicable to the UX/UI design process.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring creative ideas and solutions to the table.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet set deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX and UI design roles with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive web design.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges with a user-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and advocate for user needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus.
