UX/UI Designer 04D25

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating seamless and engaging experiences for our users. You will be part of a dynamic team where you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and optimize user interfaces. Your work will focus on understanding user needs, crafting wireframes and prototypes, and delivering polished designs that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. You should have a keen eye for visual layout, color theory, typography, and an understanding of web technologies. Your ability to blend creativity with analytical skills will help us create intuitive and effective user experiences that align with our business goals and strengthen our brand identity in the market.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve usability.
• Collaborate with product managers to gather and evaluate user requirements and needs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and deliver interface mockups, prototypes, and final designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI design concepts.
• Validate design concepts through user testing and refine based on feedback and key performance metrics.
• Maintain and update design systems and style guides for uniformity across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry insights to keep our designs current and competitive.
• Conduct A/B testing to assess user preferences and optimize user interfaces accordingly.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure design consistency and brand recognition across projects.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders effectively to gain buy-in and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of user interface processes and workflows within the design team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and UX/UI skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
