Qualifications:

• Must have an active US Nursing License (preferably New Jersey licensed)
• With excellent Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Interpersonal skills
• Must be amenable to work on a temporary work from home set-up.

Job Summary:

The USRN Utilization Management Nurse performs medical necessity reviews for prospective, concurrent, and retrospective cases—covering hospitalizations, home care, and other requests. The role ensures quality and cost-effective care aligned with client and company guidelines.
