The ideal Full-time Transaction Coordinator candidate should possess proactive communication skills, the ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, loyal, committed to working hours, and consistently meet deadlines. They should also be a problem solver and open to collaboration.


Responsibilities:
  • Handling contract to close process
  • Intake and opening new contracts
  • Thoroughly reviewing contracts
  • Sending out summaries to agents
  • Communicating with all parties via email
  • Following up with associations, lenders, title, agents, etc.
  • Ensuring docs are received and accurate
  • Handling compliance
  • Make/answer phone calls and send/respond to text messages and emails
  • Editing social media templates

Qualifications:

  • Previous TC/Assistant TC experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is a must!)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail oriented, loyal, committed and consistent
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Proactive date and deadline management
  • Excellent team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience working on a graveyard shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm ET

Rate: $5.85/hour
