About the Role

We are seeking a US Outbound Telesales Specialist to join the team. The primary function of this role is to engage with potential clients, introduce services, and set appointments with an advisor.


This is a mid-level telesales role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume calling environment. The role is heavily focused on cold calling outbound efforts, targeting mainstream, non-luxury automobile franchises and independent dealerships across the United States


Work hours: Full-time, targeting a 10:00 AM EST start time to provide optimal coverage across US time zones (flexible upon discussion).

What you’ll do

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calling to dealerships using an existing database.
  • Appointment Setting: Introduce services and secure a minimum of two to four appointments per day, aiming for a consistent "show-up" rate of 10 prospects per week.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow a cadence that starts with calls, followed by emails only if the prospect expresses interest or to confirm set appointments.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on no-shows to reschedule.
  • Performance Targets: Reach 50% of the quota (5–10 sets per week) in the first 30 days, scaling to the full quota of 10–20 sets per week by day 90.


What You Bring

  • Proven Sales Track Record: At least 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, telesales, or SDR roles, specifically within high-volume calling environments.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, professional, and neutral or US accent verbal communication is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a C1 to C2 proficiency level on communication assessments.
  • Vocal Presence & Delivery: Ability to demonstrate exceptional phone presence through a recorded mock call, showcasing natural tonality, professional pacing, and the ability to deliver strategic messaging without sounding scripted.
  • Technical Proficiency: Prior experience managing leads within a CRM or Pipeline Management system is required. While experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a significant advantage, we provide training for those with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Resilience & Persuasion: A proactive mindset with the grit to handle objections and the confidence to engage effectively with senior decision-makers in a fast-paced industry.
