UI/UX Designer

A UI/UX Designer plays a vital role in ensuring that digital interfaces are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve design criteria.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Develop design prototypes to demonstrate interface and functionality accuracy.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders.
• Promote consistency and coherence throughout interfaces implemented across platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Engage in usability testing and other forms of quality assurance for design outputs.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a polished design system and style guide.
• Balance aesthetics and functionality to achieve a harmonious user experience.
• Support the team with creative ideas and problem-solving expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design utilizing the latest technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design reasoning clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and innovative mindset.
